Loved family home in the perfect location. Just a short walk to Bagnall's Beach (dog friendly) or into the Nelson Bay hub with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and night venues to choose from.
The living space has comfortable recliners equipped with a large TV and x-box connected to wifi for direct streaming. Netflix and Prime Video available to access your favourite content.
Multiple board games also available for guest use.
The dining area provides a bonding space for get togethers over a home cooked or takeaway meal.
