“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“The location was amazing. If you are in shape to walk, Old San Juan is so close to walk to and safe. Likes: -The location was great, we had the end unit with the wrap around balcony, and it was amazing to sit out there and relax in between sightseeing. -There is a really cute bakery at the corner of the street with amazing coffees and pastries. -Chickens waking us up every morning. Didn't bother us at all! -Right across the street at night there is a small area with a hut that opens up and……

“Even though self check in, just was very responsive and accommodating!”

“Not the expected settings, entrance is through the bathroom. Good for a 1 person night over stay. Communication through a mediator third party page was complicated but the manager or property supervisor was very easy. Easy access to the metropolitan area but also heavy traffic. Be aware, this location does not provide any toiletries so bring all hygiene necessities including bathroom tissues.”

Another thing that I liked was the communication was very quick. And also another thing that will always stay with me is that the lights went out in the neighborhood the day before we had to check out. I sent a message a response was received very quickly and the staff moved us to another property……
