“The spot itself was not bad, close access to everything and the room was well advertised. Communication with the staff was not the best. Language barrier was not an issue, they just wouldn’t respond to requests/needs.”

“House was clean and very nice. The only concern was the neighbors dog waking us up several times at night and the white box in the bedroom by the A/C makes a very loud noise for aprox 30 seconds every so often.”

“Needs like a soap and shampoo holder, if the guest bring their own hygiene travel products. Also there was a second air-conditioning inverter in the kitchen/living room but I didn't find the remote.”

“Location was center of the city. It was everything we needed for my husband and I. We did not mind the small bedrooms for the price we paid, thought it was very reasonable!”

“The location was indeed close to everything. However, the neighborhood looked rundown and not well taken care of. There was an air conditioner unit in the bedroom, but it wasn't super cold and did not adequately cool the place. The photos do not accurately match the guest house. It was not as nice as the photos. I believe the photos are misleading. The pictures posted are outdated. The host communicated well and quickly.”

“We arrived very late at night and it didn’t feel like a safe area. The security guard was very helpful and friendly. When we got to the lobby, we were disappointed at how dirty and unkept it was. The condo is outdated. The dining table was full of small insects, the counter was dirty. The dryer was missing the handle and the door was filthy. The refrigerator door was dirty. There were covers on the sofas that were also dirty. Unfortunately, I stayed my first night because we arrived late……

“Location was great my biggest issue was parking. You had to park in the hospital lot because it's on their property. 3 to $18 every day. You get a break if you only spend 15 min on the lot.”

“The location was perfect three blocks from the beach a safe community that’s gated in a very clean place. I will definitely be back to visit! The hose is very easy to communicate with!”
