This place has cockroaches, and I took pictures as proof while in the bathroom. Asked to be checked out at 11pm, the front desk agent refused since the manager was unavailable just to charge for another day. Horrible customer service from the manager asked to speak with her directly numerous times to explain what took place and she refused to come to the phone. Would never book at this hotel or any Comfort Inn in the future. While eating breakfast me and my husband and I were watched by staff members even though we paid for that service. I was charged 2 days even though I only stayed 24 hours and only requested to be check out because they had Cockroaches.I was also itchy while trying to check out and developed hives all over my body went to the doctor and they confirmed bed bug bites. Rooms were dirty and reported the issue with Cockroaches. The maintenance person went upstairs with my husband, who stated to keep the AC at 70 that kept the roaches away as well as gave him Raid Mosquito spray. Worst experience I wish I never booked through Expedia and ended up at this hotel!

I loved the kindness and cleanness of the place. I loved that housekeeping would leave my room set every day, This beautiful young girl with green eyes, Yourlys o Journys I think her name was. If the pool could have warm water would be a plus. Will be back.

Hotel was ok but it is a bit outdated and needs some renovating. It also was very noisy because the rooms are near the road were cars make loud noise. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

There was breakfast provided which was a mixed bag. One cook made delicious eggs while the other made "egg rocks". There were limited veggie options, but it was so nice having breakfast available on days we were in a rush and couldn't stop elsewhere. When it rains, the Inn got some strange squiggly brown bugs in the bathroom. The sink in the kitchenette didn't have a fully functioning faucet. We could see from the hallway into our room through notable cracks in the door. The light in the kitchenette didn't work. The freezer needed defrosting. The parking lot would benefit from repaving. The furniture was hard and there were no extra blankets available in the room. The bedroom a/c was too high to adjust for someone under 6'2 to adjust w/o standing on the bed.

The pictures for this hotel are very misleading. We had to switch our room at the very beginning of the stay because our safe wasn't working. In the second room, the A/C kept turning off and the shower would fill up and not drain properly, resulting in pooling. The pool outside was very grimey. The staff forgot to clean our room 3 of the 7 days we stayed - despite us following up the same days in the early afternoon and asking for the room to be cleaned. Overall, I would recommend staying somewhere else.
