This is a very convenient, family-friendly property. It is walkable to Distrito T-Mobile and has a shuttle during the day to popular locations. The pool is fantastic as well.

I went on a vacation with my mom to Puerto Rico and I must say the Hyatt place is the place to stay. I would give it a 4/5. Pros: i love the included transportation shuttle that takes you to the beach, t mobile district, old San Juan, and another location I can’t remember lol. Additionally, the on-site pool, bars, and restaurant are nice. The staff are friendly and ask if you need anything regularly. Cons: The breakfast is hit or miss. I didn’t really care for it but if you need a quick bite before heading out… it will do… another thing is the maid service. We stayed from Friday to Monday. We thought they would replace the towels and straighten up the room Sunday when we left for the beach for 5 hours I expected the room to be refreshed but to my surprise it wasn’t. I had to ask the manager in the hallway if they could please replace the towels and take out the trash. He responded “it was a crazy day.” So maybe they were short staffed but I don’t see how our room was skipped because when we left they were on our floor so it was odd that they were still on our same floor when we came back. It was resolved quickly though as the room was refreshed when we left for dinner. I did truly enjoy my stay! And I would return!

Great family friendly hotel. Kids (age 8 and 10) loved the water slide area of the pool. Walking distance to Distrito TMobile. The free shuttle was a great perk - it will bring you ton Escambron beach and Old San Juan; the shuttle stops around 5pm but the cost of Uber in the area was affordable. Would definitely stay here again with my kids.

I NEVER got to visit the hotel because my flight was canceled. Expedia tried to get my money back, but I was told that the hotel charged me $155 for a day and I never even went to Puerto Rico nor the hotel. Therefore I NEVER checked in. However I did dispute the charges with my bank & I got back all of my money.
