“Our unit was infested with ants. We had no hot water. And for a lot of the trip just no water at all because they turned it off for “construction” without any notice. “No hot water and I soon as you go outside you get slapped either cat urine. You can not seat outside on the patio chairs because the smell is so unbearable. The ac is in the kitchen part and it gets hot in the sleeping part of the room. Looks bigger in pictures but it’s very small. This was one of the worst hotels I ever stayed at.”

“The place was clean. And super quiet at night which I appreciate a lot. This is close to everything. I walked everywhere. When my family comes to PR I will recommend this place. And if I come back I will book here again. There was no staff but the communication was super fast. I can to see Art and see something specific. “Really nice room in the heart of old San Juan. The check in process is pretty choppy without there being someone actually checking you in, no flexibility on the 4pm check in which is pretty late. Also employees were really loud outside in the common areas at like 6:30-7am which woke me up and likely others. 10am checkout is a bit too early as well. For the price though it’s definitely good, would stay here again but request early check in and late check out”

“This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff.
