“Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!!
Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it.
Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I……

“I booked my stay two weeks in advance, but when I arrived for check-in, I was told the property had been overbooked and the room I specifically requested was no longer available. On top of that, the small-framed lady at the front desk was rude, snappy, and not helpful at all during the situation. Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of reservations. Not to mention house keeping didn’t clean my room once they just kept bringing new towels and rags.”

“The only downside is that this is a no-cash hotel; everything is charged to the room or to a card. The only exception is the casino.
Correction: second, there are no microwaves in the rooms for travelers to warm up leftovers.
