Very quiet and peaceful. Cleanliness was good, the house was cute and descent. Only thing not enough pans for cooking and no huge trashcan outside to dispose of trash, had to go across the street to throw trash in dumpster. Overall, my family and I really enjoyed the stay. Do recommend to others..

Clean and affordable
There is nothing fancy about the place, which is fine. We wanted somewhere close to downtown and Texas A&M Corpus Christi to visit our son. This plans fit the bill. The place was clean and affordable. It is a few blocks from a coffee shop and within walking distance of downtown. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the colorful character in the neighborhood. I spent a lot of time there. I think the only negative I feel people might have is the excessive dog barking from the neighbors. The neighbor looks like they work for an animal shelter. It didn't bother me because I always bring earplugs. I will definitely stay again when we come back to visit.
