"Townhouse Aqua-Maris is everything you could ask for in a holiday home, spacious, modern and ideally located. The open-plan kitchen and living area felt very welcoming, and the air conditioning throughout the house was much appreciated. Each room was thoughtfully furnished, and the rooftop terrace provided amazing views of the town. Perfect spot for exploring Tavira and the nearby beaches."

"I have rented several properties over the years in many different countries and this it a is the first time I’ve written a negative review. Communication with property management was terrible. The kitchen was poorly equipped with outdated appliances that functioned at a minimal level. At not really possible to make full meals.Area rug and sofa was stained. "Great location, amazing House and equipment"

"Nice and clean house in a side street. In April, we had no neighbours so it was nice and quiet. Gas was not connected when we came, but the agency fixed that quickly. We had to let in some fresh air and assemble the garden table. Nice grill ready for some barbecue, and the upper terrace is perfect for the evening sun. Beach is easily reachable by a 15-minute walk. Overall we had a very good stay but mostly went into the hinterland, not to the beach so much."

"My parents used to own a house in Manta Rota and sadly sold it post pandemic. We were delighted to find this villa. It’s super clean. Ideal location. Lovely plunge pool. Very well equipped. "We stayed at Casa de Praca for 1 week and found it to be perfect for location and our needs. Fabulous tavernas and restaurants close by as was the train station and ferries to the beautiful islands too. We would definitely recommend this property. "Excellent property off the beaten path - great for a close option near the airport. Really cool museum meets modern hotel vibe. Pool is really relaxing and you can enjoy a drink/quick bite. There is a restaurant within the palace that has cute little cats running around. Super unique spot!"

"Very good location. Close to old town. Very friendly staff. The rooms are amazing. The rooftop restaurant and infinity pool are lovely. The indoor pool is also a nice size. Breakfast was lovely with buffet for all cold items which were extensive and also had included an a la carte for cooked food. Will definitely return "
