"Every one was great check in with Richard my check in went smoothly, had diner at the restaurant and Florence was so nice made us feel like home. The pool entertaining was fun Great place to be. "

"I was swinging my bag off the bed and hit the floor fan which fell over and broke. I took it up to the front desk to report it. They told me I would have to pay for it and I was happy to do so, as I broke it. I asked for another one bc I am a fan sleeper and they told me they did not have any extras. Sadly I went back to my room. About ten minutes later a knock at the door. They brought me a new fan! Great staff all around! The location was decent but the road in needs a lot of love! "

"Honestly I gave you 1 star on cleanliness because my room was full, and i mean full of tiny cockroaches. This would have been a perfect stay if pest control had been done."

"Beautiful clean hotel with views of the sea and close to shopping & eating places. Staff are friendly and helpful considering our checkin was at 3am from the airport. Shoutout to Whitney, Shayal and Adi who helped with food selection from the restaurant. Elizabeth and Leeni from the beauty parlour were amazing with the massage which were well priced and good quality products were used. The pool was clean and refreshing to dip into after a hot day of activities. Our family vacation at Tanoa was very enjoyable and we will be back."
