"I think the mattress and pillows in 406 may be end of life. You see they are bent down where people sit and sleep that side. Maybe rotate and flip the mattress, but really needs replaced. Pillow also seem worn out. I got here late April with good weather and great pricing for the ocean front room. Other than not sleeping well I love this place and the people and the breakfast!"

" The location was perfect for what we came there for. The property itself is very old and needs a total renovation. The carpet throughout the facility was filthy and the mildew smell was everywhere. The people we met where very friendly and the staff was very nice. We stayed because there was no where else to stay. Not to mention the annoying siren. For a moment we thought it was "The Purge". The hotel needs a lot of work. Sorry, just being honest..."
