Staff were terrible. They didn't cooperate in any case. The front desk guy is not helpful and behavior was too bad. If we asked for any service he was telling, "what are you expecting in 150 CAD?" Isn't it a bad way to serve a client?

We didn’t have breakfast. So can’t rate that. Rooms clean but small. Strict rules (to each their own) but was approached re: parking slightly over the white line where we had no choice as the other car parked next to us only left that space and we weren’t staying, we were grabbing something and leaving again. Loud at night with the sound of cars racing up the streets. Decent location tho.

We celebrated my parents 70th anniversary at Rita's. We had the entire place. This is a very large property and it was perfect for our event. Very clean and well equipped. Everything was excellent we had fun and enjoyed the pool. Our section was very spacious and enough room for the 4 of us. Very nice location and close drive into Sydney. Only feedback I have is there was not enough pots & pans to cook properly and adding more cooking utensils.
