Family vacation
Nice place that was as advertised. Great views from deck, and rooftop palapa. Good snorkeling right from condo beach. Saw angels, puffer, parrot fish and many others. Would stay again.

Our group of 6 friends stayed in this condo for 10 nights. We had a wonderful time and everyone was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and the veranda was perfect for enjoying the view! We had a few minor problems along the way, but they were resolved quickly! Thank you for sharing your condo with our group. Would not hesitate to rent again!

Paradise!
Wonderful place with beautiful views. The wrap around deck off the living room and access to palapa for sunsets was just the place to relax with coffee and drinks. The decor was authentic with real wood carving furniture, and tasteful colorful paintings. Had plenty of kitchen items for cooking, and a charcoal grill. Filtered water also plenty on site. Snorkeling was great right out front and a nice little bridge over the rocks. We can’t wait to come back again.

We had a great time at Paradise Condominums. The condo was perfect, and it fit our family of 7 well. We booked again for next year. Communicating with the owners was flawless. Having a washer dryer was great! We will pack less for sure next year. Having Tortugas beach club next door was great for booking a snorkel cruise and for getting a snack. I also had a massage from Alma at Tortugas that was fantastic!! I’ll be seeing her next year. John and Becky

Great property with excellent snorkeling
We were looking for a relaxing place to stay where we could snorkel from shore. This hit the mark. The condo is well equipped. We loved the large balcony with the hammock. It is a small friendly place where conversations from balconies happen with neighbors walking by the pool. The owner and property manager were easy to reach if you had a question or concern. We dove with Scuba Tony who picked up from the dock right next door. My husband is urging me to book here for next year. We’ve been fortunate to travel extensively around the Caribbean and this location is at the top of the list as one of our favorites.

Paradise
The Condo was incredible. Beautiful accommodations and very clean. Communication with Management was clear and easy. The property was calm and quiet. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and drinks. It was nice being next to Tortugas Beach Club for a meal and drinks (They close early). If we ever come back to Cozumel, I would definitely stay again. I would recommend a car unless you don't mind paying for taxis in order to leave the location.

Great spot!
Several divers, some non-divers. We all had a blast! Definitely recommend renting a car for this location. Nearby restaurants close early after cruisers leave for the day.

Another fantastic stay!
We love this complex and this condo was great. The layout is nice with some separation between rooms. The kitchen is open and well appointed. And the views of the pool, beach and ocean are simply lovely. The wrap around deck was an excellent spot for morning coffee and an afternoon rest. The primary bathroom is a little odd with the large tub you have to step into, but it’s workable and had decent water pressure in the shower. The hosts provide drinking water for all of your needs and the manager, Alex, was very easy to work with and responded almost immediately to any questions or needs. We will definitely keep this one at the top of our list for our next stay.

Colorful Condo in a Wonderful Location
Great condo! We had two couples and a teenager and the size was perfect for us.The unit was very clean. Loved the location and view. We rented a jeep so we could come and go as we pleased. It was a dive trip and we loved that our dive boat picked us up at Tortuga’s, just steps away from the condo. The Mexican decor was fun and added to the vacation vibe. The condo was well-stocked with many necessities. Loved the ocean view balcony. (I probably wouldn’t recommend this unit for the elderly or toddlers due to the tile stairs up to the unit and the hard tile floors inside.) Alex, the manager, was very responsive. We had 7 other family members on the trip and they rented a condo in the same complex so it was easy for us to socialize. Very enjoyable for all and a great deal in our estimation. We will be back!

Great location and responsive staff
We spent a perfect week at the property. Well furnished with scuba gear, towels, drinking water, cleaning service and amenities. Great beach for little ones (small tide pool by beach). Pool is not big, but enough for the kids to spend many a happy afternoon. We had a few issues with AC and water supply to the apartment (island wide issue), but the management team responds right away and resolved the issue. Management contact (Alex) also went above and beyond and helped us arrange a turtle release tour (met us at ecological department and worked with the volunteers) which wasn’t a commercial tour but rather through the local volunteer organization which was truly unique experience. This is our 5th trip to the island, and we usually never repeat trips, but the island feels like home. Food is delicious, and island is a very welcoming international community.

Diving trip
Fantastic rental experience from start to finish!! The owners are extremely responsive to email and willing to answer any questions you have. Check in process was very easy. There are no keys- you receive a code to unlock the door which is very convenient. The condo has everything you need. It’s a $12 taxi ride into town for groceries, shopping, etc and you can find taxis at the beach club right next door. The kitchen is fully equipped. The manager is easily accessible by phone, text, or WhatsApp and is very helpful. One of the best parts for us was getting picked up to go scuba diving on the pier right next door- super convenient!!!

Great location
Our trip was wonderful. We enjoyed the beach club Tortugas next door as well as Uvas. Our favorite most economical restaurant we visited was Sorrisi Italian restaurant. The restaurant was extremely clean , orderly and the food was delicious. We also went to Kondesa which was fabulous. Great garden like atmosphere. Food was delicious. The drinks were also tasty. We saw rays, tropical fish and a barracuda in the ocean in front of the condominium. Wonderful relaxing week.

Close to daytime dining. Quiet. Nicely decorated. Nice outside seating with table off the living room. Friendly people. Shared pool was nice and outdoor areas were clean. Hot water was an issue. Took mainly cold showers. Dishwasher was a bit of an issue. Every time I washed countertops and prepared meals I would lean into it and it licked itself several times. Good things my husband is very handy and he figured out how to reset it every time.

Alex, the property manager was available, however we were fine. We kept busy all week with a variety of activities. The condo has extras like beach chairs and snorkel gear. There were spices, however we never cooked. The only negative would be having to navigate some rocks to get into the beach. We would rent again.

I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Cozumel now. This condo has absolutely everything we need, is super clean and you can’t beat the location. Checks all the Boxes
The property is flanked by two locations. It was great going next door for an easy drink or snack. In October, the clubs closed at 5pm, so keep that in mind for dinner. The unit has a great view, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bottled water, large washer and dryer, basically everything you need. Is everything brand new and pristine? No, but it's all clean and usable. This unit is a solid choice.

It's really cool that I can fly to Mexico and stay beach front in a 3 bedroom condo for less money than driving to Florida and staying in a beachfront hotel. Probably never go back to Florida. The entire stay was very nice. Check in could not have been easier. I received everything I needed in advance to my arrival, including great info about the property, the town, and activities. A big help! The property has a concierge service and if I ever needed anything or had a question, all I had to do was send a text. Super cool benefit. We enjoyed the mostly abandoned beach and pool area. Hardly anyone else was there which was awesome! The property was very nice, all the staff was great! The condo was just as expected and had plenty of everything we needed. Including beach towels and snorkel gear....except flippers. This property is a little bit away from town which I prefer. The only thing I can say i didn't care for was thos condo sit right between to commercial tourist destinations. Both of which played loud music most of the day. I could have done without that. But, it did make it very easy to get food and beverages. It was not bad at all, I just prefer peace and quiet. The host provided tons of good information about the island, where to go, eat, and shop. Definitely check that out and take the recommendations....they are good ones! Covid testing could not have been easier. The concierge scheduled a tech to come right to our condo. $30 each and we had the results emailed to us before we headed home. Overall, we were all very happy with the entire stay. This was my second time to the island. 1st time we stayed at a crowded resort so I really prefer this much better. We will be back again, no doubt. And I would absolutely recommend this spot in a heart beat! I'm picky, and this was damn near perfect for us.

Resort experience without the crowds!
Great home base for a week in Cozumel! The condo was perfect for our family with everything we needed and more, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and beach towels, beach gear and AC. Such a wonderful view from the balcony. It was so nice to have housekeeping service during the week. The servers from Tortuga's Beach Club next door will take orders and deliver food to you by the pool, the best of resort life without the crowds. Snorkeling was great right off the beach. We can't wait to return!

Nancy - I am sorry you were disturbed by other guests during your stay. There was a wedding on the beach from what I understand. The condos in our small complex almost exclusively rent to families and is actually very peaceful - far from a frat house environment. I am surprised by your comments about the kitchen. It was recently updated with granite counter tops, new cabinets and new appliances. We also provide everything most people have in their own kitchen including condiments, cooking oil, spices, etc.... We always strive to provide a great vacation experience for our guests - I am sorry you were unhappy during your stay.

Beyond My Imagination
This condo far exceeded my expectations!! The wrap-around balconies, kitchen supplies, bedroom layout, bathrooms but most of all THE VIEW!! Wow! The pool was barely used while we were there. The location between UVA’s & Tortuga’s is perfect, without any noise. The condo was incredibly well stocked. It’s also very quiet at night. I can’t say enough- we loved it! Alex is helpful and willing to answer any questions you need help with on sight. HIGHLY recommend!

Great Family Vacation
Stunning Location. Home was perfect for us and just as described. Communication with property owner and manager was a breeze. Perfect size for our larger family of 6. Great snorkeling every day-always different. We decided to use Alex to stock up with basics before our arrival-which was great. Walking distance to restaurants/bars. We rented a car two days and got that delivered to the home so we didn't have to go back to Town or the airport. We used cook service two nights and we all loved that and that kids loved watching Karla's skills. In summary- a great property and a great vacation. Hope to return soon.

One-stop shop
It was overwhelming to find the right place with so many options to a Cozumel first timer. The pictures describe accurately the beauty of the place. The owners were quick to reply to our questions regardless of wherever they're geographically. A month before our stay, they were already sending a PDF orientation booklet with code to the door, where to eat, etc. A couple of weeks before our stay, Alex (manager [?]) sent a WhatsApp message to ensure someone could answer questions regarding local issues. The condo is in zone 4 in case you're thinking of hiring a shuttle service. As mentioned in other reviews, this property let's you borrow towels. There are two bikes, swimming vests. There's a small stash of toiletries, too. The lady who does the housekeeping is respectful and thorough. We were referred to Dr. Zago for Covid testing. There's a small pool right outside that you can use, but the ocean is right outside and corded out with buoys for your protection. The fish in the ocean are HUGE in this neck of the woods. Chankanaab park is within walking distance (but you have plenty to do here already). I never had to worry about an unattended backpack or phone because all our valuables were securely stashed in the condo, which was within walking distance. Other neighbors were very disciplined also and kept quiet after 8 p.m. In times where there's concern for infection, this is the place to be (not crowded with plenty of relaxing and snorkeling). Tortugas is right next door with GREAT food and water activities (very friendly guys). Although there's netflix TV in each room, I never had time to watch TV. Teenager/adult children don't necessarily like to share a bed. It was a plus that one of the bedrooms had two separate beds. The paint in the walls, the paintings, the headboards, the dining table, the details here and there made this place remarkably lovely. There were windows EVERYWHERE. Plenty of light and views to enjoy. There's air-conditioning, so if you want a view but with the refreshing setting, just open the curtains and enjoy the view. There are rocking chairs and seats in the multiple balconies. The family let us hang out later than checkout time because our flight from Cozumel was departing later in the day. They had even offered to take care of our luggage, if needed, if there was an overlap with the next incoming guests. What a place! We DEFINITELY recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Lovely get away
This is a beautiful condo in a great location, stocked with everything you could need for an awesome get away. There is great snorkeling out front to the left of Las Tortuga's toward Chaankanab. We did a week of diving with Challenge Divers who I highly recommend. Eric and his son were helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the reef. It was a great stay, we will be back

Would stay here again
Large, very functional 2nd floor condo perfect for two couples or a family. Great location on a private beach with swimming and snorkeling, and restaurant/bar next door, along with a scuba dive shop (Ponte Buzo, highly recommended!), gift shops and an ATM, and a small pool. It's got verandas for outdoor dining and sitting, two bathrooms with nice showers, comfy beds and a pretty functional kitchen (though we had to ask for grilling tools, which were not initially available. Also, you need to buy your own "carbon," charcoal.) The owner can arrange to have your groceries delivered and we also had a private chef come for two nights to make excellent dinners for us at an affordable price. Ask for Karla! The condo complex is like a little community, but we never felt that our privacy was being compromised. We will be back!

Great time in Paradise
We really enjoyed our stay at this property . Communication with the owners and property manager was very easy and they were helpful in every way. We stayed 2 weeks and were sad to leave. The condo is well equipped and spacious, and the small development (13 units) is well maintained and clean. The small beach in front was a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Also enjoyed the rooftop palapa for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Snorkeling was good right off the beach, with lots of friendly fish! We rented a car which made it easy to explore the east side of the island (beautiful), shop and go to restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Stunning property and location!!!
This was a covid vacation come true!!! Most of the island was still closed but the property and location more than made up for the lack of activities to do. Property owners were fantastic to communicate with and more than flexible with what was going on with the pandemic. The pictures are a accurate representation of the property but the view can not be accurately depicted from pictures- It was way better in person. The condo was exceptionally clean and had everything you could need to feel at home for a solid week or more. All necessities are provided (many vacation rentals we have stayed at only include like two rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, bags, etc.- but not here- you have what you need). Rooms are all decorated nicely and it has a very carribean'y feel to it. Both teenage daughters really loved the feel and décor of the place. Alex the property manager is responsive and helpful with anything you may need and the housekeeper was sooooooo nice and thorough in her cleaning of the place. We spent ALOT of time at Tortuga's as Uva's was closed but we really liked all the employee's there and food was fair and pretty typical. However, I highly recommend booking any scuba excursion with the dive shop in Tortuga's (Ponte Buzo Dive Shop) as their prices are very reasonable and the staff are super attentive and customer service oriented. We went through the certification course and 8 dives with Luis and he was top notch!! Don't hesitate to book here you will not be disappointed. We will be going back very soon!!!

Everything in Paradise 2B was as advertised... Close to the beach, relatively close to town (with a rental car). Convenient neighboring bars, and many good food options nearby. We had a great stay Xmas 2019. Highly recommended.

Perfect location
The condo is in the perfect location and fully stocked with everything you need. We rented a car for day driving and took a taxi on nights we wanted to go out. The Money Bar is convenient as are the marinas. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for everything!

Perfect!!!
My husband and I were taking two teenage boys, our son and his friend, on vacation with us. We wanted a place where we could walk out of our condo and snorkel whenever we wanted without having to drive anywhere. The description of this place appealed to me because it promised great snorkeling right outside the condo. Well, I am pleased to say it did not disappoint! We were VERY pleased with the snorkeling opportunities right outside this condo! We couldn’t have asked for a better variety of beautiful fish! The condo itself was wonderful as well: clean, spacious, quiet, well-furnished, comfortable beds, large bathrooms. It really does have it all! We were able to book parasailing right next door at Tortugas. We ate lunch there one day as well and it was really good food! The owners of our condo gave us several restaurant suggestions and we tried a couple of them and loved them. Casa Mission was our favorite! Be sure to go there at least once while you’re in Cozumel! We fell in love with Cozumel and hope to come back soon. When we do, we will most certainly want to stay in Unit 2B of Paradise Condominiums again. It simply could not have been any better!

Excellent Family Vacation
We had a wonderful time at this condo! Owners were very responsive and welcoming. Property manager (Alex) was extremely helpful, putting us in touch with the marvelous Chef Karla, as well as helping us with taxis, dining recommendations, and scheduling the superb housekeeping service during our stay. Quiet, comfortable, safe, spacious, and well kept condo; stocked with basic amenities and fun water/beach extras. This was our first VRBO rental, and we're definitely glad that we tried a different approach versus the usual all-inclusive resorts. Vacationing on our own schedule and at our own pace allowed everyone (from 7 to 60-something in our case) to enjoy our time on the island and not feel rushed to finish a tour/activity. Thank you for sharing your condo with us!

25 year anniversary trip with children
The condo was easy to find, very clean, and spacious with ample parking. Sleeping arrangements were great and bathrooms nice. We enjoyed the grounds with beautiful flowers & trees and a couple of resident iguanas that greeted us each day. The pool area was clean and fun, as were the neighboring party beaches where we could hear fun music throughout the day until about 4 p.m. The snorkeling outside the condo was fantastic. We saw tropical fish, a flounder, a ray, an eel, sea urchin, and much more. Watch out for the very small jelly fish that were there one out of seven days we were there. Kellery was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly to messages. We would definitely come back to this property!

Snorkeling ... steps from the condo!!
Clean and comfortable condo, equipped with many nice amenities. If you love to snorkel and explore right off of the beach, this is a wonderful destination. We paid for snorkeling excursions, but found the viewing and variety best right where we stayed! Take the time to snorkel South along the shore all the way to Chankanaab Park ... so much sea life!! Paradise Condominiums are located between UVA’s and Tortuga’s beach clubs. You’ll benefit from what they have to offer (decent food, and fun activities just steps away). The island food is very good. Definitely try the lion fish at Perlita’s, and everything at Money Bar is very good!!

A lovely beach vacation
This condo was very clean and well equipped. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Beds were firm (that's a good thing). Got a bit noisy during the day when cruise groups hit the beach clubs in either side, but they would suddenly disappear by mid-afternoon. Alex the property manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent choice and we will gladly stay here again next time we are on Cozumel.

Well stocked condo in a quiet area
We had a great time in the condo, enjoyed the beachfront (dive boat picked us up there morning and afternoon). Our group was six adults with varied interests. It was great having the bikes and snorkel gear available. We didn't really cook, but if we had wanted to, all the necessities were on hand. It's a short drive back to town for groceries, restaurants and nightlife, which can be accomplished by taxi or rental car.

Nice place for family spring break
We just returned from a wonderful week in Cozumel. This condo is nicely decorated with nice views, warm gentle breezes, and pretty good snorkeling right off the beach. There is not much of a reef (compared to our previous experiences staying at places like Rum Point in Grand Cayman) but there are quite a few fish, clear water, and no strong currents. One evening we spotted a huge eagle ray that we followed around for almost an hour. We also walked 15 minutes south down the road beyond Chankanaab and did some snorkeling there. It is very difficult to enter the water in that area due to sharp coral and sea urchins along the shoreline, but if you have water shoes and you are a careful, confident swimmer you're rewarded with lots more coral formations, ledges, caves, and tunnels that host a variety of marine life. We did not rent car and used taxis for transportation...they are plentiful and can be found driving by or parked next door at Uva's most of the day and early evening (we never had to call for one and never had to wait more than 10 mins to get one). Overall this worked out well with the only major downside being that we did not get to drive around to the other side of the island (we were quoted $140 U.S. to drive over and back in a taxi and didn't feel it was worth paying that much). A taxi to town was about $12 one way. We took several hundred dollars in cash and used it for taxis and tips. For everything else (restaurants, groceries, souvenirs, etc) we used credit cards that have no foreign transaction fees and this allowed us to avoid paying ATM fees for pesos. The first day of our vacation we went to Mega Soriana supermarket and bought groceries which allowed us to eat one or two meals a day at the condo. The rest of the meals we ate at restaurants. We were disappointed by the food and prices at Tortugas next door to the condo, but the Money Bar (15 min walk north of condo) had very good food, service, and value for the price...highly recommend. Also we went into town a couple times to Casa Mission and we thought it was superb in every way. The condo has good appliances and we appreciated all the stuff that is included such as drinking water, paper towels, TP, beach/bath towels, etc. We've stayed in many VRBOs over the years and the owners of this unit are among the best for communication and providing lots of helpful information ahead of our arrival. We felt very safe in the condo and in Cozumel in general.

Great spot with lots of room for family
We had a wonderful stay. The 3 bedroom space was perfect for us with our 2 college aged kids. Easy access to the beach, everything you need in the condo. Easy drive to downtown but just far enough to avoid cruise ship crowds.

Perfect Vacation Rental!
We stayed for a week in this lovely condo on the beach the first week of October. What a jewel! It's roomy and comfortable as well as very, very well stocked! The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans, dishes, glasses,bowls, cups, and all in great shape. Most of the spices were there for our use. The unit had lots of beach toys: masks, snorkels, fins, floats, umbrellas, beach chairs, ice chests, etc. There were several bottles of bug spray, sun screen, and after sun lotion, so there's no need to purchase any when you get to the island. There were tons of towels: beach and bath. Plenty of laundry detergent was provided as well as dish washing detergent. We weren't in want of anything except our groceries. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the balcony and the evenings watching the sunset on the beach or on the rooftop. The whole condo was very quiet and we felt we had the pool and the beach all to ourselves. How lovely it was! We love to snorkel and dive which is why we came to Cozumel. The snorkeling is nice right outside the condo, but the best snorkeling ever is on the reefs which you have to reach by boat. One of the nice things about this condo is the restaurant-beach club called Los Tortugas which is right next door. We scheduled all of our boat trips, scuba trips, and snorkeling trips through them as well as ate several meals there. We had our own private 4 hour speed boat excursions out to the reefs for snorkeling which included food, drinks including some delicious margaritas, and snorkeling gear. Bernardo, Sergio, and Ronaldo on the boat La Casita were wonderful guides and made sure we had a great time! We also scheduled our scuba trip through Los Tortugas. They trained my brother in law and then took him and my husband out for a private 2 dive, dive trip. Luis was a wonderful guide for that trip. Other snorkeling and diving boats had loads of people on them, and here we were with our own private guides. It was fantastic and convenient! The people from Cozumel were all so nice and helpful. A special thank you to the condo's gardener who went above and beyond his call of duty to help us get to our plane on time. A triathlon was taking place on the road outside the condo and he ran a half mile down the road in driving rain to get us a police escort so that we could make it to the airport on time. I would highly recommend this condo and this island as a vacation destination! We plan on returning next year!

We had a fantastic time!
This was my first time renting through VRBO. I chose this place because of all the positive reviews it had and I was not disappointed. The first night we were there I couldn't find a lighter to light the grill. I sent a message to the owner and received a response within minutes as well as two follow up phone calls and a text from the care takers. The care takers also checked in with me a couple times throughout our stay to ensure we didn't need anything. I was very impressed with their response time and the manner in which they handled everything. We had everything we needed during our stay. The condo came complete with water, pans, silverware, plates, toilet paper, paper towel, and even some left over stuff from previous guests, like salt and ketchup. We truly needed nothing. I loved the keyless entry. The dishwasher and washing machine and dryer were a super nice bonus too. Our main goal in booking this trip was to walk out on the beach and snorkel. We didn't want to have to rent a boat or travel anywhere to be able to snorkel. And we were not disappointed. We saw so many fish right in front of the condo. Damsels, eels, rays, tangs, groupers, wrasses, gobies, cow fish, puffer fish, a barracuda, and many other fish I didn't know the name of. It was truly awesome. The condo had masks and fins we borrowed as well as water shoes. The shore is very hard to walk on without shoes. Even though there are many units in this condo, we really only saw one or two families. It was like having our own private beach! We loved that. The grounds people for the condos kept the place very clean and even cut down a coconut for us for breakfast. The cleaning lady did an awesome job too. Overall we LOVED this condo. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in going to Cozumel. We were far enough away from the cruise ship traffic that it wasn't a huge problem. There is a beach club right next door, but the amount of people there never interfered with what we wanted to do. We did go out on a reef snorkel trip on the last day. We used Captain Alfredo from Tortuga's Beach Club right next door. He was awesome. I would recommend using him if you want to see more coral and live plants. We still saw the same amount of fish, but were finally able to see mushrooms and coral. It was amazing! Overall we had a fantastic time in Cozumel. We hope to return again. When we do, we will definitely rent this same condo.
