Our fenced in yard includes a fire pit and patio for grilling. The Village of Sparta is just a couple miles away and hosts a selection of family owned restaurants, and downtown Grand Rapids is within easy driving distance. The public boat launch and dock are about a mile away. The space is 750sqrft with an open floor plan. Kitchen is stocked with basic cooking utensils, pots and pans, Keurig, oven, toaster, microwave, and fridge. Other amenities include propane grill, fire-pit, full laundry, Wi-Fi, 44" HD TV with Roku. Window and Portable AC units installed during summer months. There is a queen bed in the bedroom, and queen-sized pullout couch, a Pack n' Play can be provided upon request for children under 2.
