Located 90 miles north of Winnemucca, Nevada, and approximately a 3 1/12 hour drive from Reno International Airport. The loft holds 4 twin-sized beds and 1 queen-sized bed- with a full bathroom, kitchen, and living area downstairs. This apartment is the perfect retreat for those looking to relax, recharge, hike, hunt in the nearby areas, and interact with a working cattle ranch. We also have a bigger cabin listed on VRBO, as well as several RV hookups located on the ranch, contact if interested in any of the above.

Clean quiet very secluded apartment with well stocked kitchen and nice clean bathroom. Comfortable beds.Overall a super place to stay.And Quiet!

What a beautiful Oasis! Easy checkin process and it had everything we could possibly need. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience your place. I can see the effort and love that has been put into creating it and we thoroughly loved be there.

Directions to the property were inaccurate. Refrigerator was half filled with open condiments (some expired) and partially eaten food. Used soap (with black curly hair on it) was in the soap dish. Wifi would allow texting but connection to the internet was intermittent. Three occupied trailers were right next to the property. Additional door to the bathroom is an exterior door that leads directly to those trailers. Bugs on the bedding. Single small window air conditioner was inadequate to cool the entire house, especially the upstairs loft. The upstairs loft requires you to duck under a roof support that sits three feet above the floor. Internet password was 69696969 (I don’t find that junior high school humor appropriate) Check out instructions include making the beds (isn’t the bedding being washed?), washing the dishes and taking your trash with you.
Host did not respond to complaints about issues.
