“当日の予定が崩れ、少し早めに到着し荷物を預かって欲しいと伝えると臨機応変に対応してくれ、特別に早めのチェックインをさせてくれた。スタッフの方も優しく笑顔で対応してくれて感謝。部屋も清潔でまるでノヴァーラの我が家にいるようでした。目の前に駅までのバス、そしてスーパーマーケットがあり便利です。また訪れたいです。”
