The staff was courteous though the chicken progress was fairly long as they were distracted by some issues with another guests room. Our room was extremely small, much smaller than the other three rooms people in our group had but it was adequate. It could have been cleaner, there was still trash on the floor from the previous guests but overall it was comfortable. Love the location, lots of things within walking distance

The staff was very welcoming and professional. The location was great in terms of navigating downtown. Howeve the room was just average. It took a significant amount of time for the water to warm in the shower. I realize this. An be an issue in older buildings, so a heads up would have been helpful so we could have avoided cold showers. As an older individual having brighter lighting in the room would also be beneficial.

The breakfast items were overcooked, especially the egg omelettes. I found a roach crawling in my bathroom underneath my washcloth. The front service clerk was missing from the are for half an hour or so.
