"When we arrived we received heartfelt apologies that the heating was not working (and autumn chill had just set in). There was however an open fire in the dining room. "A rather unkindly furnished room with a bed, TV and a board on the wall. It was enough for an overnight stay, but I wouldn't wish a rainy day on a tourist who has to spend it in his room. The shower was really unpleasant, with the ceiling disintegrating into fringes due to the constantly rising damp and black mould forming.
