"We did not see the owner at all during the stay. The whole property is full of dust and hasn't been cleaned for a while. There is no breakfast option during weekends (even if paying extra), the kitchen common area is not maintained (trash full of garbage not emptied, milk expired for 2 months in the fridge). It's like if the owner does not care much about the guests. It really felt dirty, unmaintained, and unmanaged. Other clients left after 1 night out of 3 without bothering claiming for refund...

"Très belle résidence. Accès facile par autoroute. Métro à 12 mn à pied.Appartement spacieux, agréable. Quelques magasins (Carrefour, boulangerie) proches (500 m) pour "dépanner". Sinon, on trouve tout à Croix Centre (Boulangerie BRICE : véritable caverne d'Alibaba de la boulangerie ; mérite le détour, à voir absolument !).Quelques petites réparations à prévoir pour une satisfaction totale."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! The room was spotless — everything felt fresh and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. And the bathroom? Absolutely huge! Much bigger than I expected, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay!"
