Review for Tingum Village, Harbour Island My wife and I had a smooth and pleasant check-in at Tingum Village. We were given a wonderful room with a comfortable king-size bed, and it set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. This isn’t a 5-star hotel, but it delivered exactly what we were looking for: comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality. It felt like a true home away from home. IF you can get into one of the restaurants, the food was horrible. Food looked as though it had been sitting out all day. Food in restaurant was served cold. Rooms were okay. Clean but old with visible damage. Lobby was nice. Staff was amazing.

The staff was very nice! The resort was about half full and many of the activities were still not available or only open for a couple of hours. You have to get to guest services or the watersport center first thing each morning to schedule restaurants or an activity. The excursions were rescheduled or cancelled multiple times. If you want to swim with the pigs or most other excursions don't book with the resort which requires a 45 minute ride to pigs, just walk down the beach to the right to Cleveland's 5 minute walk better experience and prices. The nightly shows were fun. Water in shower is barely warm and had to keep asking for towels or wash clothes as they never left any after cleaning room. If you just want the beach, pool, buffet, bar, and nice staff then this is good for that.

The room was very nice, spacious, and the staff was very friendly. This is a great place to stay if you are wanting to enjoy Atlantis but looking for more peace and quiet
