8/10 Very Good! (4,269 reviews)
This hotel is trash absolute trash, I would never stay here again even if it was free. The pools are so small, dirty ( they don’t empty the skimmers), tiles falling off rusty, and just nasty. The entertainment as they call it is non existent, it is made up of hotel staff doing a five minute dance and calling it a day. Trying to get service is impossible no one wants to help with anything let alone getting you a drink. The pool and pool bar is suppose to open at 9 it doesn’t it opens around 11ish and with all the attitude from the staff. Most times when sitting down at the buffet you don’t even get offered a drink you have to track someone down to get one. Security guards are so rude and creepy. The only place to hang out is in the front at the entrance which is super small. The bathroom has no fan so the moisture in the room is unreal also causing mold in the shower. My boyfriend was trying to set something up to propose along with my friend for two months they kept getting blown off with zero help from the staff. I normally love me a RIU, after staying here it will take me a while before I ever trust another one again. Run far away from this nasty place worst stay ever. The only plus was the housekeeping ladies they were very nice.

"They said there was no breakfast or lunch available upon check in, but then changed their story after a day or two. Unfortunately the nearest restaurant was 30 miles away. We were far out in the boondocks and had to drive to Marsh Harbor to eat. We were the only guests in this hotel. The food was ..."
