"Nice clean room. Super nice employees. Helpful when asked about local info. The breakfast was good & plentiful. If we stayed longer and the weather was warm I would have liked more pool furniture. "

"Decided to stay here for a fishing trip and scouting possible retirement communities, the house has a history but it well suited our stay, neighbors at super helpful and friendly. Only thing I would have changed would be the two twin beds in the bedroom, the couch too uncomfortable for 2 older adults but we moved the twins together and made the most of it. Had an emergency and left the night before but wished we could have spent longer here."

"We had a kayak trailer. Since it was small, they allowed us to park it in a separate spot of an unused room number was available. The renovation was very well done, loved the beds, decorations, etc. AND a full kitchen. We would have loved to stay longer. "

"This place was amazing clean and located very close to all the springs …I will definitely be revisiting this location and am already planning on going back to this property! The host was very accommodating and easy to speak with ..Made our trip amazing thanks to the host !!!"

"Room was comfortable. Air conditioner kept room comfortable. Only one trash can but i mentioned as i checked out and they wrote it down. No free breakfast or coffee in room but got coffee in shop in lobby for a price. They had a variety of breakfast food. Microwave and small refrigerator in room. It had 3 to 4 restaurants to choose from within walking distance of room and a new place being built. Our room was quiet especially with the sound of air conditioner but our friends said they heard one of restaurant's music from their room. We had a downstairs room, they had upstairs room. Friendly staff. "

"There were no pool towels. When I asked the front desk they said she would call housekeeping, an hour later I went back and asked for manager. Finally the manager and housekeeping supervisor brought us bath towels for the pool. We had snacks at tiki bar, dinner at west 82, which was delicious. Breakfast Saturday, before our massages was not what we expected. It took a long time and was cold, the water…what’s up with that? We live in Homosassa and recommend the plantation, we’ve actually stayed there for our anniversary, sunset tour and all of our family members for the manatee tour. Tiki bar was excellent service, dinner was excellent…front desk Saturday afternoon…not so much. Check in was perfect, just disappointed in Saturday afternoon."

"Customer service was excellent and the rooms was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good compared to most other hotels. Dog friendly place our dog gave it 2 paws up. The construction on the road to the hotel was pretty bad."
