We know we will be back to Cut Bank again and we will definitely stay at the Modern Cottage. Every detail was managed beautifully. Cannot say enough about the home and Jessica's hospitality. "

"Check in was great. The owner greeted us and showed us the room before we paid. Rooms are a great size but amenities are lacking. The owner is new and is in the process of upgrading the hotel. All in all we'd stay here again!"

"This was a nice apartment that was updated and modern. It was a good break from the usual hotel rooms that we had on our trip. Great parking right outside the door with plenty of space. Easy walk to nearby restaurants. We had our dog and he was comfortable as well and enjoyed the walks. Definitely better than a hotel."

"Owner was quick to respond to questions and offered suggestions. Very nice property with nice touches to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Kitchen was stocked with spices and items to save travelers from buying large quanities. Loved ha ving multuple wahers and dryers to get laundry done quickly. Quiet at night for sleeping. Would stay here again!"

"Amazing property and all of the amenities one could ask for. We loved it! We also found a stunning sunset just across a bridge on the west side of town! We do have one suggestion…make use of the outside space! It’s not a big space, but more than enough for a decorated seating area, perhaps even a fire pit (real or gas) for when the weather turns cooler)."
