"Great place to stay in Hoi An"

"Had a great stay, the hotel staff were friendly and on top of things and really wanted to ensure we had a great time. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from old town which is a good distance because it's more quiet, they also have free bicycle hire as well, although I would not recommend using the bikes at night as old town gets way too crowded to ride through. "

"The service is what made this stay amazing. Don’t be put off by the somewhat tired communal areas. The pools are super clean and beautiful, the rooms are lovely and clean and well maintained, the food was fantastic. The spa is fantastic and worth every penny. What really stood out was the amazing staff. They went out of their way to make sure we had a 10/10 stay, shout out to Cam and Loan who couldn’t have done a better job. We had an amazing few days chilling, definitely recommend...

"Beautiful resort. Excellent service. The outdoor waterpark was fun! The indoor one was a let down as only 2 out of our party of 8 could ride the water slides as they had very specific height and weight limits (between 35-90kg- so none of our kids or husband could use and between 1.2m - 1.9m)."

"Palm gardens was an excellent base for us whilst visiting friends in danang and hoi an. Using grabs was a convenient and cheap way to get around. Service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable tho in need of a renovation. Facilities were good and drinks and food great. Mr Long the lifeguard was a funny guy who kept us laughing. Would definitely recommend. "

However, Vinh Hung Riverside Resort is one of my most favorite places on the globe to stay. That is not a casual compliment. The staff makes you feel like you are home. They have an outstanding desk and restaurant and grounds staff - and am not sure can compliment them enough for just how good a job they do!
