With 3 bedrooms (including a kid-friendly room), 2 baths, a full kitchen, and a natural-lit living room with a 65" TV, it’s perfect for relaxing or exploring. The backyard faces Avalon Park and the front overlooks the picnic are backed by the lake. Carport parking and wheelchair accessible!

Welcome to your peaceful escape at Lake Lavon! This cozy cottage is newly remodeled and located right on the border of Lake Lavon, surrounded by the lush greenery of Avalon Park. The home offers the perfect blend of comfort and nature—ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to relax and reconnect. Guests have free full access to Avalon park and Lake Lavon

★ CLEANING and SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING OF ANY KINDS ★
Please refrain from smoking on the premise including inside the house/garage/patio/balcony. Any smoking evidence will incur a fee of $500 for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO BIG PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect our strict no-party policy and quiet hours between 11 pm-7 am. Home is monitored by private security to prevent/end a party. $250 fine for noise complaints.
