Less than 5 miles away from DFW Airport and 15-20 minutes away from downtown Dallas This ranch is decorated in Mediterranean style,perfect for family gatherings, business travelers and prospective immigrants to DFW. Nestled in a suburban safe neighborhood this house is a unique oasis for relaxation. Park and tennis court in walking distance. The property is only a quick 5-minute drive to the Walmart, Mall, diners, highway 183 and 161.

The house is conveniently located near DFW airport in a quiet cul de sac. The house was clean and a perfect overnight for us. We we not there long enough to utilize all the amenities such as the game room, etc.

Whoever took the pictures of the property did a great job. The tv’s were extremely small, the grass was very high and uncut. The grass wasn’t cut until our final day of stay. The iron and ironing board was something used for cub scouts. Roaches were in the kitchen. Only one remote for 3 small tvs. Beds were small, wasp nests in window seals, and had to run the dryer 2 cycles to dry our clothes. The owner was a good guy, but clearly cost effective. We felt very deceived for the money we spent for the week.

Family Christmas getaway
My children are mostly grown and spread out. So we chose a central location to all meet for the holidays. Communication with owner was good. Easy to get into home. Quiet neighborhood. Some things in home could use attention but otherwise a comfortable stay.

great location need better pictures
The home was very good size and close to the AT&T stadium and other restaurants. The pictures on the site were all from afar because close up photos would of been good. The home was very old and looked beat up. None of the doors (room, restroom and front) closed properly. There was a weird smell when we walked in that seemed to be masked with a lot of febreeze.

We had a great time here, with the little time we had. Between going back and forth to Arlington and Dallas, this place made it 20 mins to almost anywhere. Very clean place and the home owner is very responsive and helpful.

Good location to airport
We needed a place to stay that was convenient to the airport for just a night. We also needed to checkout a little later and the host was very kind to let us extend to help us out. Place was clean and appropriate for the price we paid. Bed was comfortable.

Family Getaway
Our host was thoughtful, the location convenient to DFW airport, which was an unexpected need. The neighborhood was quiet/peaceful. My basketball enthusiasts enjoyed the park as much as my 4 y/o grandson. There was a water sprinkler at the park no one had mentioned which was an added plus. We didn't enjoy the game room or backyard as much as we had planned for some personal reasons & preferences. There was PLENTY of room for our family group of 7 to come together and have some quiet time as individuals. My grandson & 3 sons (18-22) really enjoyed the study where the Ibox game system was. Overall I thought this was a good value. I don't have any future plans for visiting the area, so I cant definitely say I'd stay here again myself but would be comfortable recommending it to others.

The property is big, many bedrooms. If you have a large family & are needing a place to stay before a flight- this is the place. So close to DFW & has many restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

Host was wonderful
Plane delays and cancellations didn't make our trip the best but this host was wonderful. The home is a little dated but clean, furniture is not our cup of tea but the price was. We only slept there one night because of airline problems. For a large family, it fits everyone pretty well. Not far from Love airport and restaurants. I thank the host for keeping the cost down in this day and age for large families. Nice job to the host for keeping small essentials in the bathrooms in case you forget something and a couple of waters in the fridge.

Nice older home.
We weren’t at the house a lot, mainly to sleep and for breakfast, so it met our large family of 8 needs. There are many little things that could be done to improve functionality, but I’ll email those to the owner because they’re all little suggestions that are personal preference for large family logistics.

Def not a place if you have little kids, mine were older, but had to make sure they were careful, glass tables, etc. The bed hurt my back but everyone else slept great, so probably just me. Bathrooms were good, patio was good except some wasp had started some nest, it is TX after all. I let the owner know and he was going to take care of problem asap. Great communication with owner, thanks for the nice place to crash during our vacation!
