The room was super clean, staff was helpful & kind. Only oddity was that the maid left us fewer towels each day even though we’d left them on the floor to be replaced. The location was convenient for Mardi Gras parades in uptown but not as much for Bourbon St. if the parades were going on—had to walk around to the end of the route & back down to Royal area. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel is very conveniently located. It's close to the French Quarter, the waterfront, the aquarium, and the tram. There's plenty of parking. The breakfasts are excellent, and the restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere. The service is beyond reproach.

The staff here are wonderful and very nice. The hotel is clean and accommodating. The location is ideal that it’s not in the hustle and bustle but close enough to join in if you want. I like the security of having to use your room key to get in the front door. I gave already recommended this hotel to others if they ever need one there.
