no service for the 2 nights we stayed . Had to call for clean towels. Had to throw the dirty towels on the floor for 2 days. Somebody opened the door and busted in and said that he just paid for that room!! Very dissatisfied. There was mildew in the corners of the tub and the mirror was broken in the bathroom. So sorry that we stayed there

Great hotel if you are looking for the historic old New Orleans vibes! Only complaint was the AC didn’t work well while we were there but the staff was extremely accommodating and found fans for us to use. LOVED the cute bar that was located in the cozy pool/sitting area!
