New Orleans Kid friendly Vacations

.

The room was filled with cracks, unclean side table, lamps that were out, stains everywhere in the carpet and the uncomfortable couch. Not worth the price at all. We had flowers and chocolates delivered to us from a family member and we were never notified we had to ask! So we received the flowers by us having to go down and get them and the chocolates disappeared or 'weren't received '. You can stay at any other decent hotel and the front desk will call your room will if you receive a delivery. Also we had texted the number that said text us if you need anything. It went unanswered. So we had to ask the concierge desk for anything to get don't then had to follow up with the room attendants to get the rest of what was needed. Again not worth the cost at all. It was extremely disappointing.

Liked the staff, friendliness, helpfulness; the room and both restaurants. Only drawback was cold shower thurs. morning about 10a.m. Wife had taken shower, then I took mine and after 10 seconds warm water turned cold and could not get warm. Would repeat, all the staff we dealt with were great. Cold shower only dislike.
