A/c needed some work...not cooling very well. They brought a noisy, loud box fan. The view from our room was only the top half of the window. Not the best stay we've had there.

The breakfast is fresh and very good. The parking lot makes me feel safe. Inside the room, it is very quiet no matter the hotel is very closed to I10 highway. And the air conditioner is also very quiet. Our family likes this hotel much.

The house has many beds for a big group but the cleanliness was gross. We spent 2 hours cleaning before we could even take our shoes off and feel comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Meeting the neighbor, David, and Stephen's cat and dog were all fun for the kids. There was very little traffick on the road which helped make it a peaceful location.
