A little cube of paradise
This vacation rental was a very clean and comfortable cube of paradise. It is not a large place, but it definitely has all the amenities necessary to enjoy yourself, with great location on the ocean and a spectacular view. It is only about 13 minutes from Daytona Speedway and the airport. I would definitely recommend this unit for its affordable pricing, cleanliness, location and of course view.

Great place!!!
The owner was quick to respond, the place was great, pool amazing, access to beach perfect and not crowded at ALL on Monday. The only thing that would deter me from staying here again would be the location. Some people like to be a little further away from hotels (normally me), but in this case the distance, perhaps made it feel a little unsafe. On Sunday night there were gunshots outside of the resort. I never heard any police sirens so I am assuming everybody was fine with this normal occurrence. It happened once at 1:30 and then again at 1:44 AM. In total there were about 13 to 14 gunshots. I really do not think these are fireworks as my boys tend to shoot them off back home, but I wasn’t about to get up at 1:30 in the morning to check. I am sure this was a rare occurrence but if you don’t mind that, other than that oddity, which was totally out of control of the owners, this place was really great! I would totally stay here again.

Nice little getaway
The place was nice and clean and well furnished. The view on the deck over looking the ocean was amazing! The pool and hot tub were nice and warm and relaxing. The only issues we had were the sliding door to the deck was hard to close and got caught on the track. The bed was very loud every time you moved on it at night. Didn't get much sleep the first few nights

Honest Review
Great location & room was clean with great ocean view . Have to say worst mattress iv ever slep on. Big dip in middle, hard & lumpy. Was going to try turning it around ,but box spring looked horrible. Sofa was broke down also. Had to use throw pilliows for cushions to set on. Exterior door handle sticking & hard to open. Due to no interior lock maintenance opened the door one morning without notice while we were half dressed & eating to try & let pest control spray. Never was posted. Pool wasnt heated as listed so to cold to use. Kitchen is actually kitchenette wit 2 counter top eyes, toster & microwave. No oven. Minimal storage,but worked for us two since we pack light. Says sleeps 4 ,but there definitely not enough storage for 4 people . Has a lot of potential if updated. Should have read reviews before booking as same complaints were posted by other's some time ago & hasn't been adressed. Would stay again but not this unit.

We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful quaint condo with a perfect ocean view. There is nothing as beautiful as waking up to the sound of the ocean waves and amazing view of the sunrise. I celebrated my 76th birthday at this lovely condo with one of my Granddaughters..The view was beautiful and the condo was exactly how it is shown in the pictures..only drawback was no beach access which was not told at booking and I was extremely disappointed by it..

Very nice place
We had a nice stay, inside the unit is way nicer then the pictures, updated bed and dresser and decor from original listing. Property was clean and stocked well, with towels and extra blankets and pillows. Our hosts were also very quick to respond with any questions we had. We were very pleased!

It was perfect for the two of us!
There were a few things that could have made it 5 stars: The closet didn't have any hanging space or hangers for clothes (there was a lot of cleaning supplies and beach chairs taking up all of the space) and the dresser drawers were all full of towels and bedding. We had to do a bit of rearranging so we could unpack. The bathroom fan was atrociously loud and the lighting in the bathroom was kind of dark. The other challenges were the doors; the outside door was very difficult to open (seemed as though the sea/salt air had done a number on it over time), and the slider door to the patio was also very difficult to open and close (it kept getting stuck). Now, beyond those few things, the space was clean and nicely laid out. It was the perfect size/space for the two of us. It is right on the beach and the view and sun rise were amazing. Communication with the property owner was very good as well.

WORE OUT BED
BED IS BAD WORE OUT ONE SIDE LOOKS LIKE A 450 LB PERSON HAS BEEN IN IT FOR A MONTH. NO CLOSET SPACE AT ALL. COUCH IS WORE OUT ALSO. I HAVE STAY AT HARBOUR BEACH RESORT SEVERAL TIMES IN OTHER ROOMS WITH NO PROBLEMS. KENNETH BELCHER

We had a great trip! We actually had to move our dates due to a family matter and the owners were very nice and worked with us. The condo was very nice, location perfect! Wonderful beach access, pool and there was a sea turtle nest that had not hatched yet right on the beach. Had a great family vacation!
