There is one pool open at this time/Beach access is on the side, next to the North pool. Sea wall and South pool are under construction.


Oceanfront 3rd floor condo has been updated with a modern vibe. This unit is a true one bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath, with a private balcony that provides an ocean view. There are two pools, one is heated, and there is a kiddie pool. Huge oceanfront decking, with chairs, tables to eat, and even grills to cook on. The floor plan is open and tiled, with a breakfast bar and two stools to eat at, along with a table and chairs. The master bathroom is updated, and there is plenty of storage for your belongings. The unit is stocked with what you would need to enjoy your stay.

With 400 feet of oceanfront, Ocean Jewels is right in the heart of Daytona Beach. The complex is six blocks to International Speedway, and with in walking distance to Main Street Pier and Ocean Walk, where there are free concerts throughout the season. There are shops and restaurants in Ocean Center, and plenty of entertainment for everyone.

This property was ADORABLE! The condo was cozy and comfortable! It has an ocean view. The neighborhood is quiet, yet judgement free. I’m 27yo and met a 65+ retired woman at the pool who thanked me for sharing my female R&B music with her! So sweet. There was Uber’s readily available and us girls loved going to Coyote Ugly and Ocean View! Kelly was very communicative with me the entire stay and accommodated my based off of my flights. She has the cutest little condo and you should definitely go check it out!

Perfect Spring Break Getaway
The property is nestled on the quieter end of the strip but still the perfect distance from all the fun. Directly on the beach. Easy to walk on to the beach and community was friendly! We will be returning.

Needs so many updates. Hole in barhroom wall, cabinet handles broken, mildew odor, t.v. didnt work most if the two weeks we were there. The parking was awful. Most of the days the parking spaces for us to park were taken by people going to the beach. Most cars had no passes in them at all. We would see them come to the lots and park for beach, and then leave. Water pressure in shower was awful. If these things were fixed I might consider going back. The condo was clean though, and we did enjoy our stay.

The house was in a great location on the beach. When the construction on the property gets finished replacing the beach access it will awesome! It was nice that Kelly’s place also offered beach toys (body boards and sand buckets), chairs, a beach blanket, and an umbrella available for guest to use. Most importantly, Kelly quickly responded to any question I had.

Everything we needed
Kelly's place and her hospitality was everything we needed. She really adds a lot of personal touches to your stay, which was very much appreciated. We loved the balcony view, snacks she left for us and especially coffee (k-cup machine). The beds and temperature of the condo were perfect. And the other residents were kind and hospitable. Thank you for letting us stay here for our son's graduation, we look forward to returning.

Very clean.
Very clean, no frill unit. Has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Construction under way on the front pool area ( new seawall, pool patio) should look awesome when done. Other pool was very clean with plenty on lounge chairs as well as a couple tables with umbrellas. Plenty to do in the area as well as a few restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the beach with a balcony to relax and enjoy the view. We actually watched a SpaceX launch on our second night from the balcony! Kelly was very quick to respond to all correspondence.

Daytona Beach Stay
Kelly is a wonderful host! She left a little welcome basket of snacks, had coffee and tea available too! The unit itself needs a little TLC but we were right on the beach (every morning and evening I sat on the balcony and listened to the waves! )What else do you need...... The main bed was very comfortable - my kids (17 and 19) stayed in living room - the air mattress was comfortable but by end of sleep time it was 1/2 deflated...they survived lol Having the 1/2 bath was very useful with 3 of us staying there. The complex itself is a bit sketchy looking but everyone we came in contact with was super nice and friendly! One pool and beach access is out of order due to past hurricanes but the other pool was working fine and being right there with beach was wonderful!!!! Shops and restaurants all with in walking distance! We had a great time! Relaxing! And would definitely rent from Kelly again!

Disappointing
I was looking very forward to this stay and had great communication with the owner prior to our arrival, but ended up being very disappointed. The condo complex was much older and run-down than what it appeared in the photos. Our unit was dirty; dust and dirt on tile floor, high-touch areas on white doors showed alot of black visible dirt. I also was not informed ahead of time that the pool had been closed down due to storm damage months prior. The one bright note was Adam's Eggs had great food and very nice staff!

Daytona Bike Week Getaway
We stayed at this location near the tail end of Bike Week 2023 as it was conveniently located on the beach with patio view of the ocean and approx. a mile from main street. The property worked well for my wife and I.

We really enjoyed our stay! This is the third time we have stayed in unit 309 (and the fourth time we have stayed at Ocean Jewel). This is a really nice condo, and we love Kelly, the owner. She always goes out of her way to make sure we have a great stay. She is great to communicate with. She texted to let us know about checking in (door code, etc.) and responds right away when we have any questions. We arrived on Christmas Eve, and she left us a Christmas card and a gift, which was a special surprise for us. She is really friendly and caring. We keep coming back because we like Kelly so much and we love the condo! The condo is always extremely clean and is decorated beautifully. The living room furniture was recently updated, and it looks great and is quite comfortable. The bedroom mattress is new and extremely comfortable. Each time we come, something is updated. The condo is really pretty. Even though it was really cold the days we stayed there this time, we still enjoyed sitting out on the south-facing balcony. When the sun was shining, it was warm enough to sit out and enjoy the beautiful ocean view. This balcony often protects you from the wind, so it often feels warmer than other areas, especially on sunny days. Although it was too cold to use them on this trip, the heated pool is great, and the deck area overlooking the beach and ocean is really nice. We have enjoyed them on our previous stays and look forward to enjoying them on our next stay. This is one of the best outdoor areas beside the beach that we have seen. We had another enjoyable stay in unit 309. We were able to relax and enjoy our condo at the beach and also be well-rested (thanks to the really comfortable bed and quiet condo) before our trip back home. We will definitely continue to stay here in unit 309 each time we go back to Daytona Beach. We look forward to our next stay! Thank you, Kelly!

Everything was as expected. Easy check in. Room was clean and looked just like the pics. Had all the eminities. Kelly was a great host and hope we can book next year again with her. The condo includes the best, hands down pool deck in Daytona, and we've stayed at many resorts in daytona. Both pools are super clean as is the property, one is heated. We saw zero bugs in our room. We did have an issue with the bedroom TV, I text Kelly and she responded quickly. I reset the box and we were back in business in minutes. We met some amazing people at the resort and became friends with many of them. Everyone was super friendly. We hated to leave to leave the place. Thank you Kelly for an awesome vacation.
