8.6/10 Excellent! (1,369 reviews)
The staff is very kind and welcoming. The facilities and room were clean. Access to the bus was excellent (several just a few steps away); for the tube, it's a 10 minute walk. Having a second room with a kitchenette made the stay more pleasant. The beds were comfortable. However, the bathroom has a barn door and it about a foot away from one of the twin beds. The light switch is outside the door which means that there is no way to avoid shining a light on everyone if you use the facilities at night. The laundromat was a great add but was extremely crowded. Breakfast had a wide variety of foods but was busy and chaotic. There are only 2 elevators for over 100 rooms which means long waits in the am between people going for breakfast &/or check-out.

"We had wanted to stay in a room facing the lake so booked well in advance and asked for this. We then rang a few weeks before to check and were assured we had a room we wanted. On the day we checked in at 2.30pm, we were told we didn’t a room facing the lake but not to worry they swapped it for us ..."
