Beachnear apartment with community pool, air condition

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra:

The Space:
Apartment nearby the beach with sea views and community pool. A very nice and cozy apartment with very good furniture.
Magnificent pool with beautiful mediterranean landscaped garden - very well maintained. The installation is completely closed, parking lot is available.
High-speed internet for the tenants available.
For the winter-month they have an electrical marble heating.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no lift) and has a very nice, large roof terrace with sea views and view to the pool.

There is a living room (with air-condition) with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom.
In the living room there is a sofa bed, which is suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.

Guest Access:
The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc.

The Neighborhood:
The distance to the sandy beach is only about 200 m. Also shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The village center is 1 km away.

Other Things to Note:
Only tenants aged 25 and over are accepted (no single groups. Only couples or families with children).
