“En general todo estuvo bien. La habitación y el baño limpios, el servicio bueno, pero cuando hicimos la reserva no nos dimos cuenta que es un hotel tipo motel, el acceso a la habitación es por un garage, hay espejos por todos lados. No estábamos preparados para eso y al comienzo nos pusimos un poco nerviosos. El desayuno estuvo rico y bien presentado. Las personas de la recepción fueron amables.”

“The hotel is in the old town and close to all palces. The car parking is 25 euros. The room is quite small. The lobby is very well decorated. Mini bar provide a free drink. ”

“In general, good. Is a small european style boutique hotel, though cannot compare with those chain 5starts hotel (not that standard), but in general I would recommend as good location, staff at reception is helpful, breakfast is good. ”

“提早四個月預訂露台房，一到下午兩點入住時間馬上登記入住，只換來一間露台完全無景的邊間，請求換到城景房被告知本日滿房所以無法更換．沒有關係的散客建議定一般房間就好，陽台房空間跟設備也都很簡陋，早預訂或早入住都不存在一點意義，風景好的露台房都保留給特定人士了．”

“Very nice hotel but not near town. Town was active but it was a ghost town at the hotel. The key to the room failed twice. The front desk person said it happens often. Not good. Dinner was nothing special but breakfast was very good. Nice lady working the breakfast shift. But stay in town and walk everywhere including a beautiful park. ”

“They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.”
