"La Canūela, où est situé cet établissement est situé dans un petit village lui même entouré de centaines de km2 d’oliviers.

3 voire 4 chambres!! Donc tout petit, mais la maison est grand. Le propriétaire, originaire de cette maison/ferme qui était celle de sa famille, vit à Madrid, il était là le jour de notre séjour.
Impliqué dans la fabrication d’huile d’olive il nous a fait découvrir les types d’olives, d’huiles, d’usage des huiles obtenues et bien entendu dégustation et...

"Set in a beautiful spot overlooking the lake. The village is about 2-3 miles away but don't take the car. The roads just get narrower and narrower and are extremely steep. The hotel has no lift but we were given a room on the ground floor as my husband has problems with stairs. The downside of this was that we were awoken by a table top sale being set up right outside our window by some very noisy Brits. I am surprised that the hotel allowed this immediately outside bedroom windows. Beware...
