"The ”& Spa” is a bit of a scam. Apparently the spa area is so small that you have to book well in advance. I booked the hotel for one night for the sole reason to be able to use the spa on arrival. We came on a beginning of December Sunday afternoon with nearly nobody at the hotel, but still got the news that we could not use the spa as it was ”fully booked for the whole evening”."

"The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."

"From the moment we arrived, the two ladies at the front desk set a super welcoming vibe. They were very personable and helpful. Going back to the front desk later, we got a great recommendation for dinner from the guy who was on the later shift. What has been amazing though is their above-and-beyond help in getting my daughter's AirPods back to her in Canada. It ended up that I needed a shipping label printed, the AirPods packed, and then the whole thing dropped at the post office. They...
