We actually did not stay there because of the appalling conditions. and ended up driving on to Kalispell as there was nothing else available. “It was a convenient place to stay for an early morning hike. Our rooms were in the west motel. The rooms were very small, bed seemed a lot smaller than a queen and very thin walls. We only stayed one night. We would not stay here again if we had to be in the west motel. In future we will just stay in Babb and have to drive a little more than stay here. ”

It is a bunk house with seperate shower house over looking a peaceful valley away from everything. We enjoyed the stay and amenities (including the Alpacas) and would gladly stay there again.”

Its about mid way between the esat and west entrances to the park and since we wanted to explore the whole area we could easily head out in different directions. There was plenty of seating in the house, the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The town itself is tiny…a couple of shops, a general store type place, and a couple of restaurants. Nothing fancy, not lots of variety, but all the basics.”

“New cabin, clean, and great location to GNP. Quiet, beautiful ranch setting. Convenient to eastside of GNP (St Mary, Many Glacier, Two Medicine) and Canada, too. Enjoyed sitting at the picnic table eating supper in the sunshine when didn't have energy to go out. We would stay here again if in the area!”
