“Overall, a good hotel, particularly as it relates to security, meals, and the supportive and hardworking staff. However, the hotel needs a general upgrading - rugs, ceilings, and the lift - one was not working, and the second lift could not take you from the ground floor to the 1st and the 3rd floors - so, you used the stairs for these floors.”

“Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying I have to pay for the shuttle service. Some staff didnt know how to use the proper debit machine”

“My stay started on a frustrating note when I was moved to a newly opened wing of the hotel without prior notice, and unfortunately, the staff at the new wing had not been informed of the transfer. Since my reservation was still tied to the original building, the check-in process became unnecessarily confusing and time-consuming. That said, the staff remained warm, courteous, and genuinely apologetic throughout the ordeal. Once the communication issues were resolved, everything was sorted out……

“This place is a great, fun, hip place. Great location. Clean rooms , pool is lovely and lovely, friendly staff. Great view of the River near the pool at night. “I waa almost denied accommodation with an unusual excuse that they are repairing the room i was suppose to be in. The receptionist Chigozie wanted to find an alternative hotel for me. I have to stand and argue with him for about an hour before all of a sudden, there was a room for me. I think I got a lower room than i paid for!”

“The was a charge added to room that wasn’t mine had to keep getting key card reprogrammed more than 21 times and no it’s not and exaggeration . The complimentary breakfast menu was not accurate. A roach came out of my breakfasts platter . They were cleaning room sterile but the last week out of my 20 days they began to slack. Music playing through out the night into the am . Even though there area signs and it’s listed in hotel manual that it will not be tolerated. I had hopes this was my first……
