Huge 8BR/5 Bath Family Home near Keystone--10 beds + 3 queen sofas in 11 rooms

This is our most versatile and popular private home (4618 square feet; sleeps 18). 13 separate beds (2 Kings, 6 Queens, 2 Twins, +3 queen-size sleeper sofas, and 2 six-foot-long portable twin floor futons) in its 8 bedrooms and 3 living rooms (11 separate sleeping areas in total). Also has 5 baths. Situated on over an acre of land at the end of a secluded road (but just 500 yards from the main road into Keystone).
Newly renovated kitchens and baths with granite counters, tiled showers, and new cabinetry. Features large heated garage, stone fireplace, 7 flat screen TV's, pool table, foosball table, 2 washer/dryers on different floors, free WIFI, 2 large living rooms, family/game room, two kitchens (4 sinks/3 dishwashers/3 refrigerators/1 large wine cooler), and seated dining for large groups together in the same room--11 at the ten-foot dining room trestle table and 7 more at the kitchen eating bar. (If you prefer to spread out, you could seat 4 at a nearby game table, with additional tables for outdoor eating on the wrap-around deck.)

Outside there are 2 paved driveways, 3 large decks/patios (on different levels) with 5 tables, a large gas BBQ, and a private salt water hot tub (10' long tub--seats 10-12) which allows guests to enjoy a secluded mountain view, including the Keystone night skiing lights. Finally, we've added a new 12-seat fire pit area overlooking the hot tub and sledding hill.

Parking: Total of 6 CARS allowed: 2-car attached garage plus parking limit of 4 more cars in the two driveways. Please note the HOA prohibits oversized vehicles like trailers, campers, and RV's.

Family Ski Trip

The house was in a great location and is great for multiple families with kids! The host was very responsive when we had questions. It was very clean and had lots of entertainment for all ages, kids and adults, when we took days off of skiing. We hope we will be able to stay here more in the future!

My wife and I have visited the Summit County area for many years, normally in the fall. This is the third time we have taken our family to the area and hands down it was the best time. The home was outstanding in every respect. We could not have asked for a better facility, from the comfortable living space to the tasteful decorations. Our adult grandchildren and their spouses thoroughly enjoyed the many amenities (e.g., hot tub, pool table, fire pit, etc.) It was a once in a lifetime experience that our family will remember long after my wife and I are gone. Great place for large group

This cabin was perfect for our large group! We had kids of all ages and it was great for all. The home was clean and well stocked! The sledding hill and indoor games were all a hit. The location was wonderful as we spent several days skiing at Keystone. It is close to town but also so private. Highly recommend.

Great location for groups exploring the Keystone area

Great house, with lots of space and dining area for larger groups. Location was awesome with proximity to several mountain towns and opportunities to explore summer Colorado. Perfect extended family getaway!

Amazing House perfect location

We had an AMAZING trip to the Dillon area and it was all due to this house. It is the perfect location to visit several ski areas and the house has everything you need. We stayed there with 18 people ages 18 - 75 and never felt cramped. If I ever retuned to the area I would 100% stay at this house again. Thanks again to the great host!

Awesome cabin!

We stayed at the cabin for 5 days. This a was our second stay and it didn’t disappoint. We had family from 4 different states meet there for a belated Christmas celebration. It was perfect! Very clean and many accommodations as listed. It was perfect!

Large multi Family Ski Trip

House was clean roomy and with plenty activities for the family to enjoy time together. Loved the kitchen- great for our large meals. Everything worked - grill, hot tub, fire pit. We should have stayed longer was the only complaint!

Great stay, plenty of room, able to cook breakfast and dinner for 15 ppl each night, only draw back: hot tub jets dont all work, fire pit is propane, not good for roasting marshmallows, also not enough paper towels or toilet paper.

Such a beautiful house

This property has so many options for fun and cant say enough good things. We were a large multi family group and never felt cramped. The large hot tub was perfect. The downstairs game room was a blast. The heated garage was an unexpected plus. Repsonsivness of the owner was great. We would love to come back to this property!

Great location, very nice space

Excellent group stay. House was well appointed and manager was responsive when we needed items for the house. Well stocked with lots of towels and amenities. Hot tub was indeed large as advertised, we got 10 adults in there comfortably and probably could have squeezed 1 or 2 more but we never needed to find out. Great location for skiing keystone or A-basin, about 3 minutes from the slopes and 3 minutes from Dillon allowing quick access to everything. Quiet neighborhood and private.

Perfect gathering spot

We had a family gathering ages 7-64 yrs old. Everyone had a terrific time and the house is amazing. Richard was great with communication and the house was in tip top shape. Easy check in and no surprises! Quick walk to the water to fish and watch sunsets. Short drive to many activities! Overall spectacular!!

Ski weekend

We had a large group of people out for our annual trip of skiing and snowshoeing. The house was a nice size and we loved the hot tub, pool table and sledding hill. Each bed had a lot of pillows with few good for sleeping! The location was perfect! Stopping in Dillon to check in seemed unnecessary. All of the refrigerators were helpful.

A Perfect Team House

A bunch of my friends from sea level flew in for a few days of altitude appreciation. From Timberline Lake to Mt. Lincoln, we hiked everyday, this house was a perfect place for our team to rest and recover, with the massive hot tub. The kitchen and grill made keeping our large group fat and happy very easy. And every bed in the place was comfortable according to the occupants. The houses location made every adventure less than an hour away and dinner out over 3 of the nights was less than a 3 mile drive. I would absolutely stay at this house again. thanks, Alex
