“Home was clean and had every thing you could imagine, even cooking spices! Good air conditioning and ceiling fans.Host was very friendly and extremely quick to reply when I reached out. Home is cute as a button! Kids (teens) really loved the tree swing/hammock chairs.”

“We loved the location and the property itself was very nice overall. The only downside was that we weren’t able to fully enjoy the peaceful morning view from the back patio. Around 8 a.m thru 10 a.m., lawn maintenance began right as we were making coffee and settling to go outside, which unfortunately disrupted the quiet atmosphere we were looking forward to. We were also concerned watching the mower move in tight circles around our 2026 Tundra and my daughter’s 2024 Kia, as it felt like there……

“Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here……

“The cottage we rented was absolutely terrible! The bedding was stained upon our arrival, the porch was dirty, there are air gaps around the outside doors, so the cottage was full of mosquitoes. The rugs were stained and dirty. It literally looked like no one had been in there in months. Clearly, no housekeeping was done. “Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open……
