"Os quartos são bons, possuem compartimento para colocar os pertences e 2 tomadas por cama. O que deixa a desejar são os banheiros. Os banheiros cheiram ma e são sujos, a área de chuveiro é muito pequena, não há espaço para sabonete e shampoo. O dispenser de sabonete estava vazio. Do chuveiro só saía água fria, mesmo estando no inverno. "

My only complaint is that communication between Expedia and the hostel was not clear, and resulted in us not getting the room we thought we had booked. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. "I loved the friendly staff. They were so helpfull with my requests since the beginning and the lady at the front desk on our check in date was so nice in all the information she provided to us. I didnt like the noise of other guest at night. The property should place a sign stating the guest to keep their voice low at least after midnight or between 12 a.m. to 7a.m. "

"Hotel is 20 to 30 minutes from Ezaiza Buenos Aires Airport. Not 10-mins as the sales blurb on Hotels.com states. Taxis cost USD $50.00 each way. The 'hotel' is in a crummy neighbourhood where I could not even find a supermarket to buy water and something to eat. The hotel sold me a 330ml (small) bottle of water and two packets of biscuits. There is a swimming pool, but I would not dare to swim in it for fear of parasites or Legionnela. If the cleanliness of the bathroom is anything to go...
