Its such a peaceful spot by the river. The area is lovely ideal for walks and Alcester is very picturesque. Its a great spot for visiting the surrounding area like Stratford-upon-Avon and Evesham. "Location, wow - beautiful vistas, lovely gardens, lovely cottage. Inside is also very nice indeed, well appointed and comfortable - only negative there was that there was a bit of a paraffin smell near the boiler, not sure if there had been a spillage. Otherwise great and extremely convenient for the RHS show. We cooked, we BBQd, we ate on the deck, we watch the wildlife.
