Good stay

Stopped for one night on a motorcycle tour and was really pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious and seemed to have been recently renovated. Beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and modern and it was quiet. Food in the evening was good (kitchen was open till 7:30pm) and breakfast was also good. The SNOHETTA viewpoint is just a few minutes drive north and worth a look if you are staying here. I'd definitely stay again if I'm ever back in the area.

Schönes Hotel mit Geschichte, in toller Landschaft

Ein schönes Hotel in einer tollen Landschaft. Die Gebäude sind zwar alt, aber sehr gepflegt und im inneren auf aktuellem Standard! Unser Zimmer war sehr schön, gute Betten, ein schönes Duschbad. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The room was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It was newly renovated and lovely. We ate dinner (we had the mountain trout) in the restaurant as well and it was absolutely delicious and of great quality. The breakfast was also very delicious and had a lot of different options to choose from. The people were helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The location is excellent for trips into the national park nearby. All in all we definitely recommend this place and would come back without hesitation if we ever find ourselves in the area again.
