Come and enjoy our 2 bedroom 2 bath Ski In Ski Out Condo located in the heart of the main plaza at Purgatory Ski Resort. This well appointed condo sleeps 6 comfortably. Your retreat is loaded with opportunities for relaxation. There is a hot tub, dry sauna, and wet sauna on the rooftop of the building for your use at no extra charge. Curl up with a good book next to the wood burning fireplace, or simply enjoy the magnificent panoramic views of the snow capped San Juan Mountains. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for preparing meals. Wi-Fi, Cable TV, and Firewood are also included. The condo residence offering great views of both the mountains and the ski slopes and is located on a single level on the 4th floor with elevator access. There is a beautiful walkout deck to enjoy the amazing views of the Needles Mountain Range. This home provides the perfect base camp for all of your favorite activities - downhill skiing, cross country skiing, fishing, mountain bike riding, SUP rentals, and all the extensive summertime activities at the resort. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King Bed (TV and En suite bath) 2nd Bedroom - Queen over Queen Bunk (Private full bath) Admit it, wouldn't you rather be here? For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added. We can accommodate 1 vehicle at this condo. Additional parking is available in general parking at the resort. NO Smoking anywhere on the premises. Guests will be sent a vacation rental agreement by Durango Colorado Vacations (the property manager) to e-sign at the time of booking. Note: This home does not have Air Conditioning. Most homes do come equipped with box and ceiling fans. A friendly reminder before you book your stay, is to remember we are trusted to manage independent and family-owned homes. We simply ask that you treat these homes and properties with the same respect that you would expect one to treat yours. Due to a recent uptick in unauthorized guest, pets and gatherings. We are implementing a strict "one strike" policy for any guest that are found having any unauthorized gatherings, pets or guest with them in the home. Failure to disclose any of the stated above will result in immediate termination of stay with no refund being issued for unused nights. Cancellation Policy: If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Owners were responsive and clean property walking distance to everything we needed at purgatory! We did pay the extra fee for the hottub/pool that was worth it. The only con was no a/c and when we tried to open the windows it was a little Smokey from the wild fires but that can’t really be controlled. We still had a great time! ##### Amy B. Condo had everything we needed and is a great location to the ski lifts. Only small downside is that there is no access to ski lockers or guaranteed garage parking (these were full when we arrived). Big snowstorm first night we arrived buried our car but front desk did provide us with snow shovel and brush/ice scraper to dig out when we were ready to leave. Feb 15, 2023 #### Fun!! Fun!! Fun!! We went up for my sons 13th birthday and he brought 3 friends the same age, the queen size bunk beds were perfect for these boys. The master bedroom was perfect for the wife and I with the 2 separate bathrooms it worked out great for a party of 6\. Rooms were immaculate and the staff very friendly and helpful with what every you needed. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the elevator is a little slow, but absolutely nothing was wrong with the rooms, oh and our room was by the elevator and you couldn't hear nothing at night it was very and I mean very quiet.
