Enjoyed my stay, staff was really nice! Heidi and Nicole at the front desk were so kind and I was interested in what the IHG rewards program details were and I appreciated how they explained it to me. Overall great stay. My criticism would only be that this property has great bones but I think they miss a big opportunity by not putting some more capital investment to update some things and generally make it more attractive. The rooms and event space are all there! Additionally the connecting room doors let a lot of sound through.

The receptionist was delightful!!! She was professional, and handling a delicate situation with a gentleman who did not speak much English when we arrived. She was polite and keep checking in with us! She never lost her composure, and handled it like a pro. She was polite, considerate, and smiled pleasantly the entire time. She was a standout person! The room was dated, and the carpet was dirty and stained, The bed was hard and felt like cardboard. Room not nice or to date. The hotel itself including common areas modern and and very clean and nice!
