9.6/10 Exceptional! (1,003 reviews)
All aspects of the hotel were excellent.
Our room on 27th floor was splendid.
However, when we booked it stated that breakfast was included. At the hotel, we were told that only breakfast in the club room was included.
We thought this was strange.
