"We enjoyed Manny and Amal’s place. It was a short walk from the beach. Beautiful garden and very welcoming hosts. It is a basement apartment which kept it cool on hot days. The kitchen had more of a toaster oven than an oven but otherwise was usable with some creativity. The grill was great. Having only one key was tricky but we worked it out. A keypad entry would be a great upgrade. We were welcomed with homemade cookies and would definitely stay again."

"First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...

The surfaces of the property like countertops, etc were clean. One thing I’ve never experienced before was that the property owners personal belongings were still in the property such as in the fridge and personal toiletries in the shower. Also, they require you to take the garbage out...
