I liked it all. Debbi, the check in person, was fabulous. I would always choose to stay at a Fairfield if they are all like this one in Eau Claire.

The hotel and our room was very clean which is what we want most in a hotel. Also, our room was nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 7 days because it was close to family we visited. We ate at free breakfast every day because why not! It was the same basically every day, but something for everyone (waffles, scrambled eggs, pork and turkey sausage, whole fruit (plums?! Nice!!!), yogurt, hot oatmeal, dry cereal, hard boiled eggs, milk cartons, tea and coffee). We had an issue with room fridge freezing and toilet with high pitched squeaking. They fixed both immediately! We shorted ourselves by one day and it was no issue to add another day. Super friendly and helpful staff. Only one issue. It was Labor Day weekend and up to that point it was quiet, but we got a neighbor one night (thankfully only 1 night) that snored and we felt like they were sleeping in the same room with us! Kept us awake most of the night. I used gym most days - nice gym. We'd stay again for sure.

Hotel clean and Front Desk person (Daniel) Was EXCELLENT. He had to try and fix TV move us and check in a road crew that was scheduled for tomorrow....he was Cool, Calm and Efficient.

Nice place to stay within easy distance to EC
We've stayed here before--it's a newer hotel, very clean--good breakfast, off the beaten path but within minutes of many things--large gas station nearby has everything you could need for snacks, etc. Only complaint w/ this hotel is the pool is very small--fitness area is equal size to the pool--they could have expanded pool, but that's just my opinion--it's a great hotel!
