"Alles war in Ordnung. Die Gastgeber sind nett. Die Wohnung an sich auch. Schlafbett war bequem. Die Schlafkissen könnten besser sein. "We were a family of four traveling to Austria for the first time. Not wanting to stay in a busy city, we picked Seefeld for its close proximity to Innsbruck. We were not disappointed. Seefeld was just the place, as well as Haus Excelsior 37B! The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone and hope we can return this winter to enjoy the skiing!"

Location requires a walk up a fairly steep hill making it difficult for people with limited mobility. The biggest thing to be aware of is that this facility caters to German speaking people. "The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. Loved the balcony which has great views, and it's right at the foot of a mountain with trails to a waterfall. It's about 10 minutes' walk from centre of town where you can get buses and trains to nearby towns - free transport with visitor card supplied by host. There is also an excellent Italian restaurant in the same building! Would recommend."
