This was our first time at treasure island. Honestly the room wasn’t bad. The bathroom door however didn’t stay open (it would slowly close even if you had it open all the way) the shower was the worst part! The shower fauct was going in every direction that the water spouts were not coming out all the same and it was a pain cause you didn’t know where the water was spouting from! Also it has a lot of calcium rust on there. The price wasn’t too bad per night but the resort fee was too high, also the windows were sooo dirty which I understand maybe cannot be cleaned as well but lots of water spots. The way the TV was place was on the side of the bed so it was hard to watch TV while in bed cause it didn’t move out or swivel so we can watch it. Also our room was definitely in the most noisy area which I mean it’s Vegas what do you expect! But all night we can hear honking and honking and loud noises. The bed was comfortable and the whole room in general I give at 3.5/5. It did the job and the room was clean somewhat.

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days/6 nights. The breakfast was average, nothing to boast over. I am disappointed that I had to call the front desk for room cleaning each day, despite there being a sign on the door which request or deny service. The property is in a good neighborhood with local access to bus stops. Property is older, but good enough to sleep in and close to Vatican City.

Overall, our stay was great. The resort was clean, quaint, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and everything felt well-maintained and peaceful — perfect for a quiet getaway. That said, the pricing structure was a bit frustrating. While the base rate was already on the expensive side, we were surprised to find that many things you’d typically expect to be included — like beach access, pool use, and other basic amenities — came with additional charges. It felt like we were constantly paying extra for features that should be standard at this price point. Despite the added costs, we enjoyed our time there. Just be prepared to budget more than expected if you want to take full advantage of everything the property offers.

It was great for beach access. Nothing in our room worked. Coffee pot was broke. Stove was broke. We had to switch on and off the breakers to use it. Toilet would tflush half the time.
