“750 years old building, recently renovated and made a hotel. Great view, free parking. Prepare to carry your luggage’s thru stairs at the entrance. My room (single) was quite small. No nearby places within walking distance. Many areas are kept as original so wood floors in hallway are noisy.”
"It is a bit far from the Basel train station but the tram number 8 can take you nearby, hotel host upgraded my room to a bigger size on top floor, while you cannot imagine it is a big hotel from outside, good bathroom with enough hot and water pressure, easy to reach most of the Basel old town attractions"
