We had a good time here. However the service at this hotel leaves much to be desired. We had a great experience with Ali from the Algerian restaurant who was warm and helpful at every turn. He stands out as an example of what service could be like here. In contrast the bar staff was contemptuous towards guests. I overheard them insulting me in Arabic as they assumed I didn’t understand the language. Overall expect a mixed bag with service. Everything else is 4-star like experience.

Absolute welcoming Staffs from the Receptionist to the Hotel Management. The food was amazing tasty delicious and clean. The airport shuttle service was so sophisticated it blew my mind. As a solo female, traveller I could’ve not have felt safer. It is the Hotel to stay while in Alger. Truly an extraordinary place with extremely Nice Beautiful People. Many thanks

"It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours ..."
